Granada Corporation Is Hiring Home Agents in 8 States.

The company is currently hiring Virtual Call Center Customer Service Agents that live in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona, or Nevada.

Some of your responsibilities as a customer service agent include:
  • Accept inbound calls
  • Perform outbound phone calls to customers as necessary
  • Handle calls with with a willing attitude, answer with tenacity, and handle with grace
  • Provide exceptional customer service while thinking and acting with efficiency
To qualify for the position, you must have:
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Understanding of performance based metrics
  • Proficiency with computer applications
You will be paid $10.50 per hour, with bonus potential of up to $4 additional per hour.

If you work at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible for the benefits package which include medial, dental, vision, and more.

Granada Corporation does not include schedule expectations in the job description. They are open Monday-Saturday, so you might be expected to work a shift on four weekdays and every Saturday.

Tech Requirements
You will need a PC with either an Intel Core i3 or above processor or an AMD A8 or above processor.
