Customer Service Agent (Work from Home) Seasonal - UHaul - PT

Availability Requirements for this position-

Monday-Saturday-Must work Monday, Friday and Saturday
10 am-6:30 pm (AZ time)
11 am-7:30 pm (AZ time)
12 pm-8:30 pm (AZ time)

(May choose 2 days off from the following:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)

Seasonal thru Oct. 1, 2018 (up to 40 hours a week)

Training Requirements for this position-

100% attendance is required for the first 90 days of employment.

Orientation - Monday April 2nd & Thursday April 5th @ 12 pm - 2 pm (AZ time)

Educational period begins - Week of April 9th Monday-Friday @ 11:30 am -4:30 pm am (AZ time) for 3 weeks.

Must be available to work Holidays.

Our state-of-the-art Call Center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Call center team members take back-to-back, incoming customer calls and provide customers with general assistance before, during and after their rental.

Answer incoming calls and provide technical support and assistance with regards to our hitch products and services.

Assist our customers with rental inquiries about our portable U-Box units.

Handle details and maintain documentation for all aspects of storage transactions including payments.

A non-wireless USB headset with microphone. A USB headset means that the headset must plug into the computer using a USB port. A headset that plugs into the headset and microphone jack is not allowed because it is not compatible. 

Internet requirements: 

Broadband/high speed internet with at least 2MB upload and 5MB download with a ping below 70. 5MB upload and 10MB download is preferred for a better experience. 

Computer requirements:

Windows 7, 8 or 10 is preferred. At least 8G of RAM, 5GB of hard disc space available. Windows 7, 8 or 10 is preferred. A Mac is permitted if it meets all other requirements and you are proficient using a Mac OS. Due to compatibility a Mac may not be allowed for some positions.

The following are not allowed for any work from home position due to security, compatibility, performance or other concerns:

A non-secure, open or public wireless internet connection. 

Mobile hot-spot/tethering, satellite internet service or similar.

Windows XP or Vista operating system. 

A rental, rent-to-own or public computer/laptop. 

Using non-work related programs while working.
